Making teams for diffrent game modes

We should make special teams for every game mode for example:

Have a rush team
conquest teams
team death match teams

and so on, like that we would see what people would be good at and those teams can set up practices for those modes they specialize in
tell me what you guys think,if its a good idea.We would ask peoples what they feel comfortable playing ,even tho I like all the modes they have, but feel good playing squad rush and rush, but if needed I'll do the others too.Just tell me what Ya'll think and if its a good idea just leave me a message or take it up to Ob_Wun and he'll decide if we could do that.
